Hallertau Mittelfrüh is a German landrace variety of the Hallertau region in Bavaria(Germany).

Hallertau Mittelfrüh is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping. Widely used in Lager and Pilsners.

Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops have include mild, yet spicy, with floral and citrus tones. Although it can be and is used throughout the boil, it is most used for its aroma and flavor contribution.

Medium size, 3 node sets minimum and 6 inch minimum size. They look really good this year.

Probably the best traditional German hops in Australia that is available to grow at home.

Regular testing puts this hops perfectly at 3.5% AA exactly like Hallertau M should be.

Great addition to the garden for any lager or pilsner homebrewers!
